independent third-party testing laboratory called ETL to insure compliance with the American National Standard
ANSI/ALI ALCTV-1998, and ANSI UL Standard 201. Periodic inspection of the factories are an additional step for
program conformance. If the lift passes the tests and the factory meets the standards, then the lift may carry the
gold "ALI Certified/ETL Listed Mark."
What does it take to get the Gold Seal of Approval?
