Solvent or water
During the wash cycle the wash solvent is continually used over and over flushing all the waste from the external and internal surfaces of the spray guns and cups. When the wash cycle is complete the rinse cycle is run for 4 to 5 seconds to flush away the dirty wash solvents. The KT2000 does not need to use a timer. The rinse to be the most effective should be done immediately at the end of the wash cycle.
Positive-adapters connect to screw into the fluid inlet on the spraygun. They insure that the wash and rinse solvent are directed through the fluid chambers of the spraygun at 40 to 60 p.s.i. After the positive-adapter is placed on the spraygun, the spraygun is connected to the gunwasher solvent hose using a quick-connection. The adapters are made out of plastic so they will not harm the spraygun.
The clam-shell design makes loading easy and fast. With ample room for 2 sprayguns and 2 cups the KT2000 can keep up with your cleaning needs. Plus, the smart round design with no corners to collect debris add to the ease of cleaning. These guys at Kleen-Tec have thought of everything!
