Hosted by racing legends Richard & Kyle Petty, this 24-minute DVD is based on the ALI Safety Manual; includes safety manual, safety tips card, written test, and answer key. They also have a manual that instructs user where proper jacking points are on most vehicles. Extra care must be taken when placing heavy vehicles and extra long wheelbase vehicles on a two post lift. Particularly on asymmetric lifts. Weight distribution and Balance is vital on two post lifts. Arm restraints are for the purpose of holding the arm in place until it makes contact with the vehicle.
