All Bend Pak Two Post Lifts have the following:
Dual Hydraulic Cylinders - Each two post lift is equipped with full stroke, commercial grade
hydraulic cylinders that provide safe dependable operation.
Each cylinder utilizes a 1-1/2" diameter hardened chrome molly shaft and conforms to ANSI
92.2 standards. To minimize the chance of leaks, BendPak purposely engineered the cylinder
the push rather than pull. This keeps all of the hydraulic oil below the piston and eliminates the
shaft seal from playing an integral part of the fluid containment. With this exclusive design,
the shaft seal which usually wears faster due to the elements acts as a guide rather than a
sealing device.
Space Age Technology - Each two post lift carriage is engineered with eight slider blocks
made from ultra high molecular weight UHMW polyethylene which is self-lubricating,
maintenance free and highly wear resistant. By using eight slider blocks rather than just four,
total surface area of the slider blocks is almost doubled, ultimately providing longer life.
Automatic Arm Restraints - Each arm is equipped with durable arm restraints that
automatically engage each time the lift is raised. When the lift is lowered the gear type arm
restraints are released to provide easy positioning of the lift arms.
Free Truck & Van Adapters - Others charge extra for these adapters - even though they're
necessary! With BendPak Excel and Max II series, you get them at no extra charge. Ideal for
trucks and vans with running boards or auxiliary tanks. Rubber pads protect vehicle
undercoating and minimizes damage to pinch welds and uni-body construction.
Ultimate Safety - Safety locks in each column starting at 20" from the floor are spaced
2-1/2" apart and automatically reset anytime the lift is raised. BendPak two post lifts are made
in ISO-9001 compliant factories. This assures that the most state of the art facilities are
utilized and that every safety and quality standard is strictly adhered to.
Added Overhead Safety - A rigid, padded safety shut-off bar automatically stops lift should
vehicle come in contact with overhead structure.
Safety Instructions - Included with every two post lift are detailed installation and
maintenance instructions, graphic safety and maintenance decals, a vehicle lifting point guide
and safety instruction placard that helps train personnel on proper safety and maintenance
guidelines.
