Atlas 412A Commercial Grade Four Post Alignment Lift 12,000 lbs. Capacity

The Atlas 412A 12,000 pound capacity four post lifts are designed and built to commercial grade standards and will provide many years of service. Our Atlas alignment lifts offer many exclusive features not found on many other competitor's lifts. Each Atlas 412A alignment lift includes a set of front turntables. The turntables can be set in different positions on the runway to accommodate a wide variety of wheelbases. The slip plates are built into the runways and are level with the front turntables. There are included metal cover plates (that cover the cut-outs for the turntables) so that the vehicle is not sitting on the turntable if the lift is not being used for alignment.

The Atlas 412A (12,000 LB. capacity alignment lift) incorporates many structural and cosmetic features that are found on lifts costing thousands of dollars more money. The Atlas 412A is tested to ensure that this alignment lift system will perform flawlessly at its rated capacities. The Atlas 412A has been manufactured to the same exacting specifications for many years.

High Strength Cable System
The Atlas 412A uses a high strength cable system (with a under runway oversized hydraulic cylinder) powered by a 220 volt (single phase) power unit to raise and lower the lift. Many competitors use an "old style" chain lifting system with an exposed hydraulic cylinder system. Old style chain lifts are difficult to "level" properly and the exposed hydraulic cylinder is responsible for numerous "door dings".

Lock Ladder Column Design
This Atlas Lift has a commercial grade lock ladder. We believe that the lock ladder system is the safest locking system for any four post lift. The lock ladder system also provides an infinite number of runway locking positions. The "old-style" welded locks could not be adjusted. The lock ladder is adjustable inside the column so that our customers can "micro-manage" the correct runway height to accommodate any vehicle. The "lock ladder" column system is the same column system found on professional grade lifts found in car dealerships and automotive service centers.

FEATURES INFORMATION

Automatic Shut Off Switch: Shut off switch turns the lift off when maximum height is reached

Air Operated Lock Release:The SINGLE POINT AIR OPERATED LOCK RELEASE was designed for the Atlas Lifts and offers many more features than the locking systems on other four post lifts.

Accommodates A Wide Variety of Wheelbases:This alignment lift includes a set of front turntables. The turntables may be moved into two different positions, allowing the customer to perform both two wheels and four wheels alignment on the shortest and longest of vehicles. This lift also includes metal turntable cover plates (that cover the cut-outs for the turntables) so that the vehicle is not sitting on the turntable if the lift is not being used for alignment.

Built-In Slip Plates:Built-in slip plates allow for the aligning of vehicles with a variety of wheelbases.

CE Tested and Approved CE Tested And Approved
The letters 'CE' appear on many products that are traded in the European Economic Area (EEA). There are 27 member states of the EU and European Free Trade Association. The CE marking attests the verification by a manufacturer that products meet EU safety requirements. It is the manufacturer’s responsibility to carry out the conformity assessment. Conformity assessment testing was performed by CCQS UK Ltd. www.ccqs.co.uk

This Atlas lift (structure and hydraulics) has been tested and has passed the CE conformity requirements. Atlas lifts sold in the USA and Canada use a different power unit than those required by CE. CE requires an electrical control box (with solenoids) that actuates the hydraulic power unit.

Electric power units supplied with above ground lifts in the USA and Canada do not require the electronic control box; therefore the power unit was not tested to CE approval requirements. If you have questions relating to the power unit supplied with your lift, please discuss these with your salesman.

If you are customer from the EU or other foreign county that requires CE approval, please contact our sales office to see how we can help.

Electrical Requirements
The electric motor for the power unit requires 220 Volt (single phase) 60 Hz (+/- 5%, so 209-231 volts). We recommend using at least a 10 gauge (grounded) wire from the electrical panel. The power unit may or may not have a short pigtail (no plug) that can be wired to either an optional quick disconnect box (mounted on the lift column) or to a male/female plug combination. A 30 amp breaker is required.
