ESCO Wheel Shield Covers and protects entire wheel / rim assembly when changing out tires, particularly truck tires. When placing rim on ground, it will keep it from getting damaged.
Description
Product protects aluminum wheel surface from ground. Best if using with manual tire changer, such as our ESCO Easy Way truck tire demount tool along with the ESCO slide hammer tool for breaking the beads of particularly larger truck tires. When performing these manual operations, the face of the wheel will be placed facing down on the floor. Without this tool, you'll damage those expensive aluminum rims. That can be very costly for a shop owner. This beats using a piece of cardboard or something similar. It pays for itself the first time you use it.
