QuickJack Portable Car Lift QuickJack is a portable car lift system unlike any car jack youβve ever seen. QuickJack makes vehicle maintenance on and off the track convenient and lightning fast. Unlike traditional car jacks, QuickJack lifts your vehicle 20" off the ground while you simply hold down a pendant remote control button. QuickJack is unique for a portable car lift, with two, 14-gauge steel frames that slide under each side of your vehicle. Plus, no cross beams whatsoever means you get clear undercarriage access. With QuickJack, gone are the days of bending, pumping and cranking a car jack to place a stand. What's more, QuickJack is certified to be safer than car jacks and stands, and because itβs a portable car lift, you can collapse it and store it virtually anywhere in your garage in a matter of seconds.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between a TL and TLX model?
TLX models add 6 inches of frame length and lift point reach compared to their TL counterparts. If your vehicle's manufacturer-recommended lift points fall just outside the reach of a standard TL model, which is common with some trucks and SUVs, the TLX closes that gap and avoids the risk of an off-balance load.
Do I need the crossbeam adapter, or is the standard frame enough?
The standard frame handles most vehicles without issue. A crossbeam adapter is worth adding if you regularly service vehicles with unusually staggered or hard-to-locate lift points, since the sliding rail system makes it much easier to find the correct contact position consistently.
Which voltage option should I choose, 110V or 208-240V?
Either will operate the lift reliably. The main difference is cycle speed, with the higher voltage option generally raising and lowering faster. For a home garage used occasionally, 110V is usually sufficient; a shop cycling the lift multiple times a day may prefer the faster 208-240V option.
Can QuickJack handle a vehicle with pinch-weld frame rails?
Yes, with the pinch-weld block set installed. These blocks use a harder urethane material specifically shaped to engage pinch-weld rails securely, which the standard rubber lifting blocks aren't designed for. Check your vehicle's frame type before lifting if you're unsure which block style you need.
Is QuickJack actually safer than traditional jacks and jack stands?
QuickJack is certified to a higher safety standard than standalone car jacks and stands, largely because it lifts and locks the vehicle in place without the repeated pumping, bending, and stand placement that introduces risk with traditional methods. That said, like any lift, safe use still depends on correct lift point placement and following the load capacity for your specific model.
