The Autel MaxiHVAC AC909D is an advanced A/C and thermal management diagnostic system for precise, data-driven A/C service. Live micron-level vacuum measurements stream directly to the AC909 tablet, enabling technicians to verify moisture removal and perform automated decay testing rather than relying on evacuation time alone. The AC909D combines refrigerant data with live vehicle diagnostics, airflow, temperature, electrical, and sensor information for complete thermal management system visibility. Graphical diagnostics combine live refrigerant pressures, temperatures, humidity, and system measurements into a single analysis screen. Illustrated, step-by-step procedures help technicians isolate faults and verify repairs, while dedicated diagnostics support compressors, evaporators, condensers, metering devices, and system blockages. Leak testing, refrigerant service, and live vehicle diagnostics are combined in one guided workflow. Designed for electronically controlled A/C systems, hybrids, EVs, advanced heat pumps, and evolving refrigerant technologies, the AC909D helps reduce guesswork, avoid unnecessary repairs, and improve first-time fix confidence. Includes one year of software updates and a (1) year limited warranty. NAVAC vacuum pump includes a (2) year warranty.

The system includes the AC909 tablet, MaxiFlash VCI, refrigerant scale, compressor box, NAVAC Bluetooth vacuum pump, digital micron gauge, 4-port manifold with large backlit sight glass, Bluetooth temperature and humidity probes, and Bluetooth temperature clamps. Additional included items consist of a nitrogen regulator, refrigerant hose, vacuum hose, 45° and 90° fittings, A/C hose 1/4" gaskets, vacuum pump 3/8" hose gaskets, red/blue R134a service couplings, red/blue R1234yf service couplings, and R134a and R1234yf adapters.
