The ERGO-SCOOT uses a gas spring backrest locking mechanism that adjusts from 0 degrees to approximately 60 degrees. When additional height is needed, the adjustable risers convert the low-profile creeper into a rolling work seat. Locking pins adjust the seat height from 14 inches to 18 inches off the ground, and the riser kit adds approximately 8 inches to 12 inches of maximum height.
