The CEMB DUAL-MATIC HD Tire Changer & Wheel Balancer System is a fully automatic electro-hydraulic tire changer built for heavy-duty use on trucks, buses, tractors, and earthmovers. Revolutionary Heavy Duty Tire Changer
and Wheel Balancer System

The DUAL-MATIC New super-automatic electro-hydraulic truck tire changer designed for tubeless or inner tube tires of trucks, buses, tractors and earth moving machines with a maximum diameter of over 8 ft and a maximum width of almost 5 ft. DUAL-MATIC is the most complete expression of the HEAVY-DUTY concept; the entire construction project has been designed to always ensure maximum robustness and efficiency, even under prolonged workloads and in the most intense stress conditions.

Self-Centering Chuck - Hydraulic universal self-centering chuck with self-lubricating bushings, 750 mm extended arms and 4 jaws designed to clamp all types of rims from 11" to 46" (up to 60" using optional extensions). The jaw has 4 grooves to ensure optimal grip on any type of rim. The spindle has two speeds for both directions of rotation. Motor with electromagnetic brake (optional). Minimum central hole diameter for clamping: 70 mm. Integrated Teflon pads are standard on the vertical jaw support.
Full Size Base - Sturdy construction prevents flexions under load featuring non-slip base frame, and standard access ramp.
Fully Automatic Double Carriage Movement - The translational and independent tool arm and spindle movements simplify the positioning of the wheel on the spindle and speeds up the operations on all types of wheels. Both movements are equipped with double speed.
Tool Arm Holder - Fully automatic lifting and rotation of the tool-holder arm; all the movements are hydraulically controlled to always maintain the same level of fluidity and reliability. The oversized arm (a substantial 100 mm, the largest in its category) provides optimal strength under all conditions, while the ability to fully lower the nail allows for an expanded working area.
Safety Devices - The tire changer is equipped with safety devices designed to guarantee the utmost operator safety and a magneto thermal switch to protect the electric motor.
Control Unit - Low voltage portable control unit, easily movable inside the working area. The rational lay-out of control levers, buttons and pedals prevents the operator from making accidental and dangerous operational errors. Equipped with stand-by function and emergency button. Standard version with wired connection.

CEMB Limited Warranty Statement
The BL Systems Co. (hereinafter "BL") warrants products manufactured and sold by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 36 months parts, 60 months Wheel Balancer Motors, and 12 months labor from the date of installation, note: machine calibration is not a warranty item, except that parts sold from the repair or replacement of existing equipment will only be warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of installation.

If upon inspection by BL, any warranted product shall prove defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, that product shall be repaired or replaced at BL's option. BL must receive damaged part for full credit. Such repair or replacement shall be BL's sole obligation and the buyer's exclusive remedy under this warranty.

This warranty supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, promises, advertising or representations. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND BL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITMESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THESE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE FACE HEREOF. BL's liability in contract, in tort (negligence, strict liability, or any other theory) under any warranty, or under any other legal or equitable theory of whatever type, shall not exceed the purchase price paid by buyer, and under no circumstances shall BL be liable of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. The amount of the purchase price of the equipment is determined in part by the fact that buyer has agreed to so limit seller's liability. No action arising out of any transaction under this agreement may be brought by purchaser more than one year after the cause of action has accrued. Some states do not allow an exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation of liability may not apply to you.
