The CEMB SMT56 Semi-Automatic Truck Tire Changer is a semi-automatic electro-hydraulic tire changer built for truck, bus, agricultural, and earth mover wheels. Its advanced automation delivers maximum efficiency, safety, and precision throughout the entire tire changing process. The CEMB SMT56 truck tire changer represents advanced tire changing equipment for commercial tire service professionals. This professional tire changing machine handles a wide range of commercial wheels with the power and precision required for efficient truck, bus, and agricultural tire service.

The SMT56 is a niversal electro-hydraulic truck tire changer designed for tubeless or inner tube tires of trucks, buses, tractors and earth moving machines with a maximum diameter of 90" and a maximum width of 45" for SMT56. Conceived for intensive and professional purposes, the self-centering chuck locks grooved and split ring rims from 14" to 42" and its working capacity can be increased up to 56" using the optional extensions.

Self-Centering Chuck - The hydraulic chuck has working capacity from 14" to 42" and its clamping capacity can be also extended till 56" using the optional extensions. It performs a 2-speed rotation in both directions. The special clamp profile with 5 clamping points allows also several clamping solutions.
Tool-Holder Carriage - Automatic translational movement of the tool-holder carriage for both version. Automatic tool arm movement (translational) for SMT56A and manual for version SMT56.
Tool-Holder Arm - Manual tool-holder arm lifting and tool rotation with quick unlocking device.
Safety Devices - The SMT56 tire changer are equipped with safety devices designed to guarantee the utmost operator safety and a magneto-thermal switch to protect the electric motor.
Control Unit - The machine is equipped with a low voltage portable control unit, easily movable inside the working area. The rational lay-out of control levers, buttons and pedals prevents the operator from making accidental and dangerous operational errors.

CEMB Limited Warranty Statement
The BL Systems Co. (hereinafter "BL") warrants products manufactured and sold by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 36 months parts, 60 months Wheel Balancer Motors, and 12 months labor from the date of installation, note: machine calibration is not a warranty item, except that parts sold from the repair or replacement of existing equipment will only be warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of installation.

If upon inspection by BL, any warranted product shall prove defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, that product shall be repaired or replaced at BL's option. BL must receive damaged part for full credit. Such repair or replacement shall be BL's sole obligation and the buyer's exclusive remedy under this warranty.

This warranty supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, promises, advertising or representations. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND BL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITMESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THESE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE FACE HEREOF. BL's liability in contract, in tort (negligence, strict liability, or any other theory) under any warranty, or under any other legal or equitable theory of whatever type, shall not exceed the purchase price paid by buyer, and under no circumstances shall BL be liable of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. The amount of the purchase price of the equipment is determined in part by the fact that buyer has agreed to so limit seller's liability. No action arising out of any transaction under this agreement may be brought by purchaser more than one year after the cause of action has accrued. Some states do not allow an exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation of liability may not apply to you.
