The Razorcut 45 produces a high temperature plasma stream providing effortless cutting of all electrically conductive materials including steel, cast Iron, stainless steel, copper, aluminium brass etc. The Razorcut 45 is equipped with a high quality SureGrip TRF-45-6-CC1 plasma torch with Euro connection, developed specifically to enhance and improve the cut quality of the Razorcut 45 machine. Connection of the TRF-45-6-CC1 plasma torch provides effortless starting of the cut with powerful, fast and accurate cutting capability, additional is the benefit of longer life cycle consumable electrodes and cutting tips. The Razorcut 45 is an exceptional machine that is suitable for a wide range of applications including sheet metal fabrication, light industrial use, site work, automotive, ducting work, repair and maintenance services. The Razorcut 45 is packaged with a tough SureGrip TRF-45-6-CC1 plasma torch, earth lead and air regulator.

The combination of a robust custom designed Sure Grip torch and our machine makes the operation from cut to finish seamless. The euro-connection quick release torch feature ensures complete portability and the option to quickly interchange compatible torches if the need arises. The machine is easy to operate in terms of settings and comes complete with a 2T/4T function which reduces operator fatigue. A simple 20-45 amp dial is all that is required to change your cutting capacity and finish characteristics on your workpiece. The low frequency, pilot arc start ensures reliable and consistent operator ignition without interference to nearby electrical devices. The machine comes with a pre-set air-regulator, 19.5ft Sure Grip torch and a return lead.
