Like the RS-500D, the RS-500DS parts washer utilizes the latest in spray wash cabinet technology to degrease the dirtiest and bulkiest parts in your garage. The RS-500DS comes with an all-new stainless steel construction that is specifically designed to resist rust and is made with a hardness that can stand up to any test. This stainless steel spray wash cabinet will keep your parts looking as shiny as it does!

Fast-release door latch
The quick-release door latch is ideal for quick and easy accessibility. It safely locks and seals your spray wash cabinet for use, and is easily released with just a quick flick of the wrist. This locking method assures that your cabinet door is sealed completely, keeping everything inside the cabinet instead of on your floor.

Neoprene door seal
The cabinet is sealed with a leak-proof neoprene door that creates an edge-to-edge seal and prevents water and steam from escaping. Keeping steam inside creates a better water retention which improves cleaning efficiency.

Movable filter basket
A removable filter basket makes monthly maintenance easy, keeping your parts washer clean and ready to go. This filter traps any particle larger than 1/8”, so you can be sure that your tank water remains free of any build up that could cause harm

Dual heaters
Spray wash cabinet water temperature is raised within seconds thanks to the dual water heaters that keep your water primed and ready at all times. During washing cycles the larger primary heater activates, quickly raising the temperature of the cleaning solution for optimum cleaning efficiency.

NEMA-rated electrical panel
Each spray-wash cabinet comes with a NEMA-rated electrical box that plays a critical role in the management of your parts washer. Well-organized wiring makes circuits, control breakers easily identifiable and prevents breaker tripping and enhances overload protection. An audible and visual alarm is also activated when the low-water sensor detects unsafe operating conditions, stopping operation until water level is restored and the button is reset.

The Eaton Cutler-Hammer 20/30 amp Quadplex Double-Pole Type BR Circuit Breaker features a 2-pole, 20 amp breaker for the heater and a separate 2-pole, 30 amp breaker for the motor and pump combination.

Non-marring casters
Despite a 500-lb. weight capacity, the RS-500DS is fairly easy to move thanks to heavy-duty, non-marring casters. These casters have an easy lock and release system that allows you to place your parts washer anywhere in the garage. With a sturdy urethane construction casters are impervious to harsh conditions and roll smoothly without leaving any marks behind.

Made of high-quality parts like the rust-resistant stainless steel impellers and screw nuts, the pump and motor is over-designed to last. While the pump does all the heavy lifting, a protective covering comprised of 100% ductile cast iron and silicon carbide seals protect the sensitive machinery within from any damage.

Hot cleaning
A nickel-based, alloy-sheathed heater element - specifically designed for heated parts washing - ensures that your parts washer is hot and ready to go at the press of a button.

Thermostat
Adjustable set point thermostat allows you to adjust the heating range up to 1​80°F.

Ranger’s Aluma-Klean spray-wash detergent is a mild parts cleaning soap designed to clean aluminum, stainless and other delicate parts without whitening the surface. Aluma-Klean parts cleaning soap is not a solvent, but rather a non-foaming, low pH, mild-alkali, water-soluble, powdered detergent especially formulated for high pressure heated parts washing systems. Incredible cleaning action removes grease, oil, baked on stains, carbon, protein and even some paints.
