The Vaper 41185 can weld up to 1/8" thick mild steel, operates on 120 volt single-phase power, has an amperage range of 60-90 amps, and uses 0.030" to 0.035" diameter flux-core wire. A thermal overload protector automatically shuts off the welder when the duty cycle is exceeded and it is fan-cooled for better performance.
