Wheel Detection with Smart-Arm Plus
New digital gauge for the acquisition of the diameter and distance with the FSP (Fast Selection Program) function and new integrated LaserBlade pointer: the FSP function automatically activates the balancing program avoiding selection via the keypad, while the LaserBlade pointer (inside the measuring arm) guides the operator in choosing the level within the alloy rim without any errors and with extremely good visibility.

Automatic Positioning and LED Light
At the end of the spin the wheel is braked and automatically brought to the balancing position. The integrated LED light illuminates the work area to facilitate rim cleaning and application of the counterweights.

Application of Adhesive Counterweights
The adhesive counterweights can be positioned extremely rapidly using the laser pointer at 6 o'clock (laser line system) or by using the weight tray clip.

Sonar Run-Out & Best Fit Measurement
Diagnosis system for wheel radial run-out that causes vibrations that cannot be fixed with a simple wheel balancing. The presence of the sonar run-out sensor automatically activates the new BESTFIT software function which indicates on the screen the point of highest wheel run-out and suggests how to mount it on the hub of the vehicle, before tightening the bolts, in order to eliminate vibrations directly during the assembly on the vehicle.

Intelligent Positioning Lite
A special vehicle tire set diagnostic tool for checking run-out and imbalance. Once all the wheels are memorised, the wheel balancer suggests their best placement on the vehicle placement of the wheels themselves on the vehicle for maximum comfort and safety. Complete diagnosis if equipped with sonar run-out.

USB & LAN Ports
USB ports for connection to peripheral devices and easy software upgrading LAN port for connection to your company network.

Corghi USA Limited Warranty Statement
General Terms
Corghi USA expressly warrants its products will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for the time period specified. Corghi USA must be informed in writing within (7) days after discovery of a defect. Corghi USA reserves the right to repair or replace a product at our discretion. Consumable products and accessories such as but not limited to; plastic protection parts, bead breaker pads, inflation hoses, and rollers, are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from abuse or failure to perform any necessary maintenance (i.e. damage due to or resulting from, faulty installation, neglect, misuse, improper electrical connections or electrical surges, problems resulting from excessive water, contaminated air system, or pollutant of any nature, fire or freight damage).

Corghi machines are warranted to be free of defects as follows:

Corghi USA agreement to repair a tire changer or balancer is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express, implies or statutory, including any warranties for merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Corghi USA maximum liability shall be limited to the cost of the machine. In no event shall Corghi USA be responsible for owner's lost profits, goodwill or other incidental or consequential damages. Corghi USA is not responsible for equipment or accessories damages in shipment. Freight claims are to be made directly with the carrier. We will be more than happy to assist you with any questions regarding filing claims.
